Sample reports by sector: Cleaning Trades Holiday lets Clinics
Local Osteopathy Clinic
An osteopathy, rehabilitation and sports massage clinic run by one registered osteopath. This is the free Snapshot they would receive, shared with identifying details removed.
Overall grade: E (20/100). A clean, modern design with a real practitioner behind it. Almost everything a patient needs before booking is missing.
What’s costing them customers
To Google and AI tools, the website is almost blank
The site builds each page inside the visitor’s browser. When we requested it the way search engines and AI tools do, all that came back was a title, a one-line description and a website-builder link. The services, phone number and About text weren’t there.
Nobody can tell where the clinic is or who will treat them
The contact section says to get in touch for the clinic’s location, the town isn’t named anywhere, and the osteopath’s name appears only inside the email address. People search for an osteopath near them, and Google and AI tools can’t place this one.
The booking buttons don’t go anywhere
The two buttons at the top of the homepage did nothing when we pressed them. There’s no online booking, opening hours or prices, so someone in pain who’s ready to book goes back to Google and books elsewhere.
21 issues, ranked by impact
The Snapshot lists every issue (8 of these were high impact). It’s free, and there’s no obligation.
