Who we are

What we collect
- What you enter in our Snapshot and quote forms: name, email, website, business type, area, the service you choose and, if you give it, your phone number.
- Emails and messages you send us.
- For clients: billing details and access you grant to your website or Google tools.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your Snapshot and follow up about it (your consent).
- To deliver the services you buy, such as your ChatGPT app (contract).
- To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business, such as our website host and form provider (Netlify), email provider and accounting software. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Snapshot requests: up to 12 months unless you become a client. Client records: 6 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing emails at any time, by emailing hello@rulethepage.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
